Prescription requires provider consultation. Not available in all states.

First things first: what's a peptide?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the body's own signaling molecules. They tell your cells what to do: release insulin, feel full, repair, recover.

The GLP-1 medications dominating every group chat in America? Those are peptides — synthetic versions of a hormone your gut already makes, which helps regulate blood sugar, slow stomach emptying, and increase feelings of fullness. That's why they've become the most talked-about tool in medical weight management.

Until now, getting access in western and central North Dakota meant long waits, big-city trips, or sketchy internet pharmacies. Not anymore. Through our partnership with Agile Telehealth, every program below is prescribed by a licensed clinician after a real consultation, filled by state-licensed compounding pharmacies with third-party testing, and shipped straight to your door — whether that door is in Bismarck or New Town.

Every program available through GLOW

All programs are subscription-based, month-to-month, and 100% online. Whether any medication is right for you is always determined by a licensed clinician during your consultation.

Built to pair with what we do in the clinic.

Telehealth handles the inside. GLOW handles the outside.

Weight changes can change your skin — and that's where our Bismarck clinic comes in. Many patients pair their program with Morpheus8 body, skin tightening, and facial balancing to keep everything looking as good as it feels. Brianne and the team can help you plan the right sequence at your next visit.

Questions? We've got you.

What exactly are peptides, and are GLP-1s peptides?
Yes — GLP-1 medications are peptides: short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the body. GLP-1 is a hormone your small intestine naturally produces in response to food, and it helps regulate blood sugar, slow stomach emptying, and increase satiety. The medications in these programs are synthetic, compounded versions of these peptides, prescribed only when a licensed clinician deems them medically appropriate.
Is this available near me in Mandan, Dickinson, or New Town?
Yes — because the entire program is telehealth-based, it's available anywhere in North Dakota with an internet connection. Intake, consultation, and coaching all happen online, and medication ships directly to you. Your in-person home base is still GLOW in Bismarck whenever you want it.
Is this run by GLOW or by Agile Telehealth?
Both. GLOW has partnered with Agile Telehealth to offer these programs. Agile's licensed clinical team handles consultations, prescriptions, and fulfillment; GLOW remains your home for in-person aesthetic and wellness care. Your GLOW providers can't comment on telehealth prescriptions, but the two work beautifully side by side.
What are compounded medications?
Compounded medications are customized formulations prepared by state-licensed, regulated sterile compounding pharmacies that perform third-party testing for potency, sterility, and endotoxicity. While compounded drugs can be prescribed under federal law, they are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing standards.
Will I qualify?
Eligibility starts with an online health intake, but the final call is always made by a licensed clinician during a live consultation. Certain conditions — like pregnancy, breastfeeding, a current or prior eating disorder, and some others — mean these programs aren't the right fit, and the clinical team will tell you honestly if that's the case.
How much weight will I lose on a GLP-1 program?
We can't promise a number — anyone who does is selling you something. Results vary based on the medication, dose, your individual response, and lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, and movement. Your clinician and care coach help you set realistic goals and track real progress.
Are there side effects?
There can be. With GLP-1s, the most common are nausea, digestive changes, fatigue, and mild injection-site reactions — typically mild and temporary. Your care team coaches you through managing them, which is a big part of why every program includes ongoing clinician access and monthly care coaching.
Does insurance cover it? Can I cancel?
Programs are cash-pay at a flat monthly subscription (HSA/FSA funds may apply). Everything is month-to-month with no long-term contract, billed on a 28-day cycle, and you can cancel anytime through your patient portal before your next shipment. Once a prescription has been written, that cycle can't be refunded.

Ready when you are.

The assessment takes a few minutes. The decision is always between you and a licensed clinician.
